  • Welcome to Awesome Assam. Meet and be assisted by our representative at the airport/Railway Station. Proceed to Shillong, also called 'Scotland of the East". Reach the majestic Umiam Lake (Barapani). You may do the water sports here (Optional). On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Overnight stay in Shillong.
 

After breakfast we proceed to the local sightseeing area of Shillong.

Overnight in Shillong.

 

  • Morning after breakfast  depart for a whole day excursion to Mawlynnong Mawlynnong Village has earned the distinction of being the cleanest village in India. It is situated 90 kms from Shillong
  • Dawki :Dawki lies 2 Kms from Bangladesh. Dawki is a small village and its main attraction is the Umngot River that marks the natural separation between the Khasi and the Jaintia Hills.

After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world. On the way enjoy the following places:

On arrival at Cherrapunjee, check in at your hotel. Overnight stay at Cherrapunjee. 

After breakfast proceed for the local sightseeing

Overnight Stay at Cherrapunjee.

  • After breakfast, driver & transfer to Kaziranga National Park, the home of “One Horned Rhinoceros”, Check in at your hotel. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.
 

  • Early morning, explore Western Zone of Kaziranga National Park on the back of an elephant. Apart from world's endangered One-horned Rhinoceros, the Park sustains half the world's population of genetically pure Wild Water Buffaloes, over 1000 Wild elephants and perhaps the densest population of Royal Bengal Tigers anywhere. Kaziranga is also a bird watcher's paradise and home to some 500 species of birds. The Crested Serpent Eagle, Pallas Fishing Eagle, Grey Headed Fishing Eagle, Swamp Partridge, Bar-headed goose, whistling Teal, Bengal Florican, Storks, Herons and Pelicans are some of the species found here.

  • We will return to the resort for breakfast. Afternoon go for a jeep safari through the Central Zone of the National Park.

  • Evening come back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Note: Cost for elephant and Jeep Safari not inclusive.

  • After Breakfast drive to Guwahati. Check in at Hotel. Guwahati, ‘The light of the East’ is the commercial capital of North East lying adjacent to the shores of the turbulent Brahmaputra. Evening enjoy a River cruise over the river Brahmaputra (cruise charges additional). 
  • Overnight in Guwahati.
  • NOTE: River cruise depends on availability, water level and river condition.
     
 

  • After Breakfast drive to Guwahati Airport /Station. If time permits, visit Kamakhya Temple.Temple doors remain open for devotees in the following timings - 08:00 am to 01:00 pm & 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Cancellation Policy::

  • Full Refund Policy: Cancellation made 60 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund or credit note.
  • Partial Refund Policy: Cancellation made between 30 to 59 days before the tour start date will receive a 75% refund.
  • Partial Refund Policy: Cancellation made between 15 to 29 days before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Partial Refund Policy: Cancellation made between 08 to 14 days before the tour start date will receive a 25% refund.
  • No Refund Policy: Cancellation made within 14 days of the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund.
